Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter

• Duties include analyzing and underwriting credit requests. Reviews credit data and prepares written credit analyses on prospective clients for presentation to appropriate approval committees. Enhances existing relationships with commercial customers by identifying additional credit and non-credit opportunities.
• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, 2 to 5 yrs of expertise in solid credit underwriting, loan structuring and portfolio management skills, and credit policy analysis. Strong customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail a must. Requires successful completion of formal bank credit training program.
